H1B LUDs may be due to PIMS data collection, I heard most of the H1Bs approved after Jan 2004 had LUDs and the status did not change; and 140 could be a regular system touch.

I got Soft LUD on all H1 and i-140 few weeks back. and last week i got Soft LUD I-485 its sec soft LUD on I-485
Please let me know why second time its happen and what is PIMS?

As long as you're unmarried at the time of adjudication of the petition, you should be ok. This is not legal advice. Please consult a lawyer.

My aunt petioned for my mom (and thus her kids) years ago, My aunt's a Us citizen, and after many years the process has started its final run. For the last two years i was an F1 student in a college in the usa and recently ive come back home; while i was there i married randomly anyway, nothing happened it wasnt a real marriage, and im getting it annuled.
So now im back home and since this process (my aunts petition) has started , im 21 but im covered aswell since the child status protection act covers me. Now, the requirements for the children (derivative beneficiaries) of the aplicant/beneficiary (my mom) to be included are to be under.. 21 (im ok in this part because of CSPA) and UNMARRIED. My question is,,, am i still gonna be included if i show my annulment certificate? as i see it the annulment itself shows that an american court declared that marriage to be voidable and not real so it should make me unmarried.right? would it also be unmarried for immigration purposes if it was divorce instead of annulment? i'd appreciate any feedback, thank you.

Today I found out there was a soft LUD on my I485 application. I am not sure what it is. How can I find what is going on with my I-485 application. Befre that there was a soft LUD on my travel document which I file in 2007 after that I did not file that. I just want to know what is going on with my application. Please let suggest.

Yes, as long is there is a 140 or 485 pending some where some place or a Labor pending for more than a year, you are eligible for h1 extension beyond 6 years.
My first 2 extensions after 6 years were based on a labor from previous company.

My H1B 6 yr limit is set to expire in July 2008. I have an EAD/AP from filing in July. I want to invoke AC21 and change jobs using EAD. I hear a lot of people mention about keeping your H1B visa just in case the I-485 application gets rejected. But even if I extend my H1, it will be based on the fact that I have applied for I-485 since I am over the 6 yr limit. In that case, won't my H1 extension be void too if the I-485 gets rejected. I am not really sure how maintaining H1B/EAD together helps people in my situation. ANy thoughts/inputs welcome.

You extend you H-1B (< 6yrs) based on approved PERM and/or approved I-140. So if your I-485 was rejected, your H-1B would be safe. However, if your employee or USCIS revoked the approved PERM/I-140, then I don't know what would happen to the extended H-1B.
If you invoked EAD and USCIS rejected your I-485, you would lose the EAD as well as the I-485 pending status because EAD was granted on your pending I-485 status.

Hi there,
Besides my lawyer. When I went to Info Pass they told me the same thing I can't file for the I485 untill the I130 is approved because I was in removal proceedings when we got married. Info pass also said that I130 in removal proceedings is handeled differenty. I don't have a work permit or social yet since i can't file for I485.

How do you find the WB on the D2H? Are you preset or using some other method?
