Tabbed Browsing Enhancements
Following the lead of other browsers, Apple has implemented a customizable tab-bar so that users can re-order tabs via drag-and-drop. Apple has also extended the concept to be able to make a window from a tab by dragging a tab off of the tab bar.sounds like the tabbing feature that is built into Adium!

I thought Apple folks found choice confusing? ;)
No you heard and interpreted wrong. Apple folks love "choice", but what we find confusing is why relatively "normal" people 'choose' the non Apple products they choose?
As an example... Want a digital music player, one buys a Zunes over an iPod... Why? Very confusing... :D

Occam's Razor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occam%27s_Razor) does dictate that the explanation Apple has offered up is the most likely. Unlike what some other blogs have been claiming (:cough: Gizmodo :cough: ) it's unlikely that Apple meant to leave an unencrypted tracking database available on each phone.
Further, I examined a map of my iPhone's database and there were some unexplained blobs. Unexplained that is until I read Apple's description, and then it all fit. I flew through Atlanta 4 times in the past year, spending a total of a couple of hours there. My mapped blobs on Atlanta were much larger than the entire weeks I spent in Montana and Wyoming. The only way this makes sense is if the data is actually crowdsourced, which is exactly what Apple claims.
So I see little reason to disbelieve today's statements. (Unless you are inclined towards conspiracy theories, which an unfortunately high % of our population seem to be.)

A person can buy a movie from iTunes and play it on as many iPODS they want (how many does a single household actually have?) or a person can just get netflix, request the movie, rip it, put it on his OR her iPOD, and watch it as many times as he or she wants.
I WOULD NEVER DO THAT, but I know people that would think about it...

This is the very reason why I think that Apple's policy should be reconsidered. Why would content providers such as the Financial Times be compelled to offer their content on iOS, when Apple requires them to (additionally) use the in-app purchases by which the providers lose the advantage of using their own register and keeping the entire revenue, without having to share it with Apple. The position of the Financial Times is completely understandable, regardless of the business decisions that provider has made. I still doubt whether the true motive of Apple to enforce this measure is not consumer protection but receiving profits from the content of others.

I think what good donating blood does is bigger than your sexual orientation, or mine.
Surely it's not about sexual orientation but actual sexual activity, and whether that places you in the 'high risk' category. Some other commenters have been good enough to reference statistics on this.
Other commenters seem to think they're being victimised here by a bigoted political conspiracy. I confess, I know little about US politics or medicine, but here in Australia I was also required to fill out quite a lengthy form regarding questions of health, travel and sexual activity (both heterosexual and homosexual). Sure, we also have blood screening, but when we're dealing with matters of life and death what's the problem with a preliminary line of defence against contaminated blood?
Again, I would say to those who feel offended… Is it really about your desire to serve your community, or more about your personal pride? Giving blood, or really any kind of community service, should always be about the people you are serving. If you can't give blood, for whatever reason, rather than getting incensed about it, why not direct your charitable desires into other areas of need? There are virtually no limits to the altruistic opportunities for people willing to give of their time and energies, regardless of sexual orientation. Don't be a victim… and don't seek to be a hero. Just go out and make the world a slightly better place in whatever way you can!
I would have died if not for donated blood, so maybe I'm biased, I don't know.
We are fortunate now that blood is well screened. It wasn't always this way.

The arcade games are still quite playable. I find the 2600 games to be very hard to enjoy 30 years later as much as originally. They just don't hold up.

I am not defending Full of Win. I sincerely am not.
But some people should keep in mind that it's entirely possible to love a company's products while not liking part or all of the actual company or how they operate on given occasions.
It's very easy for some here to just throw out the term troll and hater just because someone isn't accepting of Apple's PR, etc.
Now go ahead an tag this with your "-1" too :)
Your point is quite valid, but this is specifically directed at Full of Win who has a long history of making anti-Apple comments here. It's certainly true that he might like their products and hate the company that makes it. His comments are so over the top, so factually slanted, that he gets criticized for it.
Either he is sincere, in which he might take the advice to heart. Or he is trolling, in which case he is already doing precisely what he set out to do, in which case nothing will change.

Yes, and they're all just bleeding heart emotional responses, and i don't buy into that crap. Sorry, but my opinion on this isn't changing. Funny, the polls say non-religious people between the age of 18-29 are most likely to support the death penalty, and that's exactly where i fit.
Again, have you read the thread? I wasn't aware, "It costs more to execute someone than keep him in prison for life," was a "bleeding heart emotional response." I also didn't think, "It's impossible to be 100% certain," was emotional either. Funny, to me, these arguments seemed pretty fact-based. The only one with an emotional response is you, demanding blood.

You can use backgrounder to disable multitasking. In Global Settings, set "Enable at Launch" to "off," and all apps should quit when you press the home button, except those configured to do otherwise in the Overrides section.

The lesbians.
What kind of lesbians are we talking about? The stereotypical flannel wearing butch lesbian that can probably kick any guy's ass, or the 18 year old hot blonde lesbians in porn who probably aren't really lesbian but will eat carpet on camera because it pays? Because I'm a fan of the latter.

Having seen some of the incredibly misguided comments here and elsewhere about this issue, I'm inclined to agree with Apple on this one. You would think frequenters of forums like these would grasp the concept of a 'cache', but I can assure you, many don't
